This winter Yoyosno have teamed up with Prestige Mountain Chalets to offer you a unique and mindful mountain experience. Our week long ski and yoga retreats are designed to develop your technical ski performance and deepen the connection with your body and mind.


Come as you are, with friends, a partner or flying solo, and dedicate an entire week to reconnecting with yourself, exploring the wilderness, stretching, strengthening and nourishing your body high in a luxury mountain hideaway.

What level do I need to be?

Yoga: Whether you are an advanced yogi or brand new to the practice, each session will be tailored to your needs. Join Lauren on the yoga mat for energizing and inspiring Vinyasa style practices, workshops and candle lit meditations in the snow. She will also guide you through gentle restorative Yin style practices, helping to calm the mind and restore the body after long days of skiing.


Skiing: In order to maximise your time on skis with Amy, we will split our team of 10 into two groups according to ability. It’s really important that you can fulfil the following pre-requisites on skis in order that everyone in our groups can develop together during the week. If you have any queries as to whether the ski course will work for you, Amy will be happy to discuss it with you.


Minimum pre-requisites:

– Comfortable skiing on blue runs

– Can ski easy red runs linking turns

– Can make short side slips

– Have used chairlifts and button lifts before

What to expect

Before you ski with us we will get you to answer a short questionnaire about your skiing and to detail the areas that you would like to improve in.

However you can expect to be building confidence on terrain that you find more challenging, developing your tactics and technique, and tuning in to the movements that we are making with our body that allow for more efficient skiing.

We may tackle bumps, a variety of snow conditions and even venture into easy off piste terrain.

About your teachers

Amy Marwick

Amy is a fully certified ski instructor in both the French and British systems holding her BASI Level 4 ISTD and Carte Professionelle, and is currently studying Sport Psychology. She has been teaching skiing for 8 years, working with all ages and abilities. Sponsored by Nordica and Panda Optics, Amy skis and coaches for British Freeride. She practises yoga and mindfulness regularly and is a RYS 200 hour certified yoga teacher.

Lauren Bryden

Lauren began her education in movement at the Royal Ballet School, London. Throughout her professional career as a ballet dancer she performed with the Royal Ballet, Scottish Ballet, English National Ballet and other companies around Europe.

Since hanging up her pointe shoes due to an injury, Lauren qualified as a 200 hour RYT Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga teacher, in India, and is registered by the Yoga Alliance. She is also a registered STOTT Pilates advanced matwork instructor, and enjoys combining her diverse knowledge of movement to help clients improve strength, flexibility and enhance the connection between the body and mind.

“The mental and physical constraints and pressures of life as a classical ballet dancer opened my eyes to the balancing and comforting effects of yoga and having a mindfulness practice. I believe that movement is a medicine for creating a better balance and understanding of a persons physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.”


We have created a healthy and energizing vegetarian menu with our chef, Nicola Orr from Nourish by Nicola (www.nourishbynicola.com), to give you the fuel for a full day out on the slopes and on the mat. Combining fresh and colourful ingredients, our menu is creative but most importantly it tastes delicious!We can cater for all dietary requirements, please let us know if you have any allergies or if there are any foods that you must avoid.

Nicola began her career as a microbiologist but realised that her true path was in sharing her greatest passions: food and yoga. She used her skills to work around the world, discovering new ingredients, techniques and nutritional ideas. Consolidating this on her return to the UK with an intensive year in culinary school, she then became the chef for the Quiksilver surf team, where she was introduced to ‘clean’ eating, gluten free and dairy free – which rocked her world. Since then, she has specialised in clients requiring specialist nutrition and complex diets, and has loved developing delicious new recipes for healthy whole food living. Her passion for this style of eating led her to study nutritional medicine and she now loves to share this knowledge with others, empowering them to choose real food which nourishes the mind, body and soul.

How to book

At Yoyosno we like to ensure your booking is handled personally in order that your holiday is created bespoke to your needs. Below are the normal steps in the booking process so that you know what to expect.

  1. Send an email enquiry stating your interest in one of our camps to info@yoyosno.com with the subject Yoyosno 2018 or if you would like to speak to us in person call Lauren on +44 (0) 7950 900 425.
  2. We will arrange a phone call with you wherever you are in the world to discuss your ski ability, any special requirements and to get to know you better.
  3. If you would like to proceed with the booking we will require a 20% non-refundable deposit of your total amount to secure your place on the camp.*
  4. You’ll be provided with an information pack to fill out and return.
  5. The total amount must be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival.
  6. Confirmation of payment in full will be sent to your email.
  7. We will be in touch two weeks before your arrival to check all is well.
  • Should the booking be made less than 10 weeks prior to the arrival date, then the full amount is due at time of booking.

Upon booking we will send you a link to AMR ski rental company who will deliver your skis to the chalet on arrival day.


All guests should book flights to Geneva airport arriving on the first Saturday of the course, preferably around midday. We encourage our guests to book return flights before midday on the day of departure. Transfers to and from the airport will be arranged to give you plenty of time.
